Britannia Territory Sales In charge Program


The Britannia Sales Program is a 45-day skill development Job Guaranteed program provided to sales career aspirants within the client facing salesforce. This program will cover all the essential skills that are undoubtedly the most sought after assets across businesses and are a key component of their growth—Selling Skills.

The program addresses the main challenge of attrition faced by many sales-focused organizations. The attrition rate is observed to be around 30% among the frontline salesforce of such companies. The program also ensures the Day 1 productivity of new frontline sales workforce in the organizations.

The Training lifecycle moves through various phases. The first phase focuses on making sure that the sales force understand why their behaviours needed to change, and then on training them in the core value selling process.
